This time I was satisfied with the episode, the story progressed nicely, the atmosphere was present, the intrigues were successful, and I realized once again that the series actually lacks typical positive heroes. And that's good, there have been enough boring Mireks Dušíns. I'm curious about the further development, Čikatilo has started an interesting game. (10/04/2018)

The seventh episode was of good quality as usual, it's interesting to watch when Bobby's financial plans don't work out unlike in the first season, there was decent intrigue, but again something was missing that would convince me to add the fifth piece. I watched the first season of the series in its original version, the second one came to me with Czech dubbing, so I had the opportunity to encounter this gem: "Are you home already? I've been waiting for you longer." I understand that it doesn't appeal to viewers from outside Silesia and Moravia, but here we expect someone to come later. Maybe I'm finicky, but I wouldn't want words like "rožni," "ganc," or "skura" to be used in the dubbing, even though I know them and I couldn't care less if others understand them. Czech language may be declining, but fortunately, children are already learning English in preschool, so it doesn't really matter... I apologize, but it needed to be said. (11/04/2018)

This was a clear matter with full fire. The episode had excellent pace and atmosphere, with strong intrigue in the financial and political field, and added to that were the timid attempts of the prosecuting office to build a new case against Axe Capital. There was definitely something to watch and I enjoyed it. (11/04/2018)

After a great episode, there was another slowdown, the plot didn't move much and the pace of the story noticeably decreased. It is true that with other series, I would definitely rate it lower, but here even with all the shortcomings, I'm not bored, so I can't give it less than four stars. (11/04/2018)

I came across a problem again, the tenth episode looked good to me, it was interesting, not boring, but a too large part of the plot this time was occupied by marital problems in the Axelrod family, which may not be a bad thing, as it gives the characters the necessary depth, but I missed a larger amount of intrigue and speculation. If in the previous episode I complained about the lack of intrigues in the comments, this time the creators literally shut me up. I wouldn't believe that I would have such a great time watching Chuck's moves on the stock exchange, but it happened. The plot of the eleventh episode was full of twists (sometimes even vomit-inducing), the pace was great, the atmosphere was excellent, and I had a fantastic time. (11/04/2018)

And the final episode of the second season had some great twists and wrapped up what the previous episode started. The creators once again succeeded in creating the atmosphere, the plot was not lazy, it was overflowing with events, and Axelrod's transition to illegality really entertained me a lot, so there was no choice but to give it five stars. This is the first season that's not getting a five-star rating from me. The series is still great, but most of the plot lacks that "something" that would make me add an extra star. The reconciliation between Bobby and Chuck didn’t do the series any favors. On the other hand, it’s true that I really enjoyed the moments with the two of them working together. This could be the way to go for a fourth season, and I definitely won't miss it. (12/07/2018)

The first episode of the third season pleasantly picked up right where the previous series left off. At first, I thought it would just be a slow start to the new season, but it didn't take long for mutually beneficial agreements to be reached (Chuck), plans for further progress to be made (Bobby), and suddenly I was enjoying myself. I would probably best describe the second episode as standard. There were no exceptionally interesting events, but on the other hand, it is a fact that I was not bored and some moments really amused me (Bobby's stay at the company, deportation of the key witness, and Chuck's pressure on the judges). Introduction to the third episode couldn't have been better, the only thing missing was the sentence: "Irena, I love you even without money!" Although the further development was not stunning, I was pleased with the decent amount of manipulations and intrigues, and I really enjoy Clancy Brown's portrayal of the new Minister of Justice. Hmmm, the creators are so cunning about it. Even the fourth episode seemed like it would only be average, and just when I thought it would likely be the weakest episode of the third season so far, I started to have a good time. Chuck's participation in his father's reunion was excellent, and the reverse psychology at the foundation board meeting was even better. (09/07/2018)

I am once again rating it boringly and predictably with four stars, even the fifth episode did not deserve a full score, but I had no reason to lower the rating either. Once again, I didn't experience any big moment, but on the other hand, I must admit that the plot was sufficiently interesting throughout. The creators even prepared one almost horror moment for me, I never really wanted to see more of Taylor than absolutely necessary. (10/07/2018)

Finally, the fifth star has also arrived. The plot has come to life beautifully, intrigues and manipulations are in full swing, and it seems that the series has received a necessary new boost with Wendy's threat. The indulgent gathering over the obstacles strongly reminded me of Ivan Trojan in the movie One Hand Can't Clap. (10/07/2018)

For me, the seventh episode was clearly at full score. Out of necessity, a completely brutal alliance was formed, which immediately changed the balance of power and, most importantly, the life of Dr. Gilbert. Mr. Hall was called back from his exile, and I really enjoyed Mafee. Moreover, there were plenty of intrigues and manipulations, and that's something I can handle. (10/07/2018)

The second half of the third season has clearly been more successful for the creators than the first. Once again, I was able to rate it with five stars because the story maintained a solid pace and the situations were interesting on all fronts (work, political, and family). I was pleasantly tuned in for the next continuation and Wendy's revenge greatly amused me. (10/07/2018)

This time I had to go with a significantly lower rating, the ninth episode was quite uninteresting. Although I was not bored, in my opinion, it was the weakest episode of the third season so far. Actually, the only thing that really caught my attention was Grigorij Andolov played by John Malkovich, whose portrayal created a very nice accent. (12/07/2018)

The tenth episode was indeed more interesting than the previous one, it definitely had a better pace and the plot managed to captivate me more this time. Although Chuck is plotting against the minister and Bobby is looking for capital wherever he can, I have the impression that it was more beneficial for the series when both of them schemed against each other. I understand that it was necessary to move somewhere else, but the new challenges don't seem as high-quality to me anymore. (12/07/2018)

I really enjoyed the bonus allocation, I could totally see myself losing motivation at work because I received nine million dollars in rewards when I was hoping for ten :-) I'm sure I would like to experience such a heavy disappointment sometime. I'm very curious to see how Taylor's plot line will develop. (12/07/2018)

Yeah, yeah, as I'm already accustomed to with this series, the season finale was top-notch again. The events surrounding Taylor's storyline really kicked things off and the subsequent philosophical debates about the ultimate resolution were flawless. The development of the situation that Chuck Rhoades set in motion was also worth it, but it annoyed me that the season ended just when I was having a great time. (12/07/2018)
