Perfect rhythm, balanced leading characters, impressive locations and sets. So far, Peaky Blinders looks like a very focused gangster drama and hopefully it will continue to be so.

I'm really enjoying the story so far, but the creators are surprisingly stingy with the action. There are gangs everywhere, yet most of the violence comes from the police under Inspector Campbell, which is odd. It seems the show is focusing more on strategy, intrigue, and manipulation. I'm also starting to really like Aunt Polly.
