Memories Look at Me

After many years living in Beijing, Fang Song returns to her parents’ house, located in the province of Nanking, China, to spend some time with them. The reunion is emotional and the family dinner attended by Song’s older brother and his wife. Being a lonely woman, Song’s sister in law intends to arrange a blind date for her. During her stay, relatives and acquaintances approach her to talk about their lives, producing the sensation of a return to the past times. Song, however, is more interested in looking ahead.
