The fourth episode was not bad at all, but once again the topic of African children was used, which doesn't really touch me like others do. Moreover, I find it strange how well neglected orphans can speak English. Some parts of the episode were just a manipulative play on emotions, but I didn't want to take away another star because otherwise, I enjoyed it.
