For these types of soap operas, the target audience is indeed 60+ and they are men and women who have only had a basic range of TV programs for years and are not used to the internet. They appreciate the beautiful production design, the storyline that captivates from the very first episode, and above all, the decency. Indeed, the exoticism and the novelty of the story, which builds on values that the general population has lost, is gone.
