A Whale for the Killing

Charles Landon and his family are forced to take shelter in a Newfoundland town after a storm has blown them off course. When a whale is discovered stranded by the same storm in the town's lagoon, Charles sets out to save the whale's life from mercenary villagers who want to sell the mammal to the Russians for thirty thousand dollars.
