The young couple Václav and Eliška Dvořák are artistes working under the artistic name Duo Gerardis. In their performance, they are hanging up high and in his teeth Václav holds the bar from which Eliška hangs. After their performance, they meet their friend, dentist Kavan. Václav is not a "good" patient in his opinion, because his denture is strong and healthy. Small Vašík, son of the Dvořák couple, is growing up with his grandmother. She loves to bake different cakes and prepare sweet meals for her grandson. Small Vašík is not brushing his teeth properly. When he goes to see the dentist, he has a lot of bad teeth. His father Václav is not happy about that, he was hoping to bring his son into his acrobatic number in due course. He takes Vašík to see Kavan. The dentist shows them a short film about the causes of tooth decay and the importance of a balanced diet with lots of vegetables and milk products. Vašík promises his father that he will start caring for his teeth properly. (texte officiel du distributeur)
