Bound by Lies

What seems like a routine robbery homicide case turns into a string of serial murders and detective Max Garrett (Stephen Baldwin) along with his partner Lt. Eddie Fulton (Charles Malik Whitfield) are put on the case. Amid the investigation, they learn that the burn in the killer's fire is Laura Cross (Kristy Swanson), an enticing and sultry photographer whose work is inspired by bondage and domination.
