Miklós is the press-photographer of Magyar Narancs (Hungarian Orange). As a result of his freely chosen working hours his days are carelessly spent by music-playing and his evenings by visits with his friends to the club Hold (Moon). Miklós likes to tell people where and when he goes somewhere, what and where he eats, while his feelings, if ever they are born, are not similarly disclosed. In the Hold he starts talking to Dóra, asks her to come and play dominoes or eat brawn with him. He invites her to Surány, visits her if she runs a fever and they sleep together.Yet after a while, Dóra does not turn up any more. Miklós does not understand it.
