In Sikandar's childhood no one took care of him. When he meets Kamna, he feels there is some one who cares for him. But baby Kamna's Father Ramnath mistakes him to be a thief & thrown him out of the house. As Darvesh teaches Sikandar the realities of life & how to be happy, he grows young, & becomes a wealthy reputed & respected person...still carries the memories of childhood.Kamna still hates Sikandar & her father is now a physically handicapped person. Zohra Bai, a dancing girl, falls for Sikandar, but he still loves Kamna. A young law graduate Vishal meets Sikandar & they become friends. Vishal becomes Ramnath's assistant & so begins the love between Kamna & Vishal, having no idea of Sikandar's feelings. Kamna learns the truth about Sikandar's character. Sikandar decided to go & talk frankly to Kamna. But he sees Kamna & Vishal together & gets shocked. As Zohara also committed suicide, Sikandar has nothing to live for.
