In Cracow the half-Hungarian, half-Polish Piotr, a lonely antiquarian, meets Eszter from Hungary, who has come from Budapest to restore the tomb of the legendary rabbi Levi. Piotr was raised by his grandma in Budapest, whose loss ha has not been able to cope with ever since. For the work Eszter has brought with her the 16th century legendry entitled Silver Crown, relying on which the miraculous rabbi resurrected the dead. Its missing pages are owned by Piotr, who now acquires the book itself and Levi all at once appears in Cracow. While Eszter has finished her work and starts back for Budapest, Piotr has to understand that even by miracles the past will not be re-established. Eventually, the two young people find each other on a Cracow bridge. (HungariCom)
