A tattoo of a Kiowa man in full traditional regalia on the arm of a Ukrainian soldier serves as a launching point to talk about a US Army base in Oklahoma. Originally built to fight the Kiowa and Apache people defending their land, the base is now used to train Ukrainian soldiers defending theirs. (International Film Festival Rotterdam)
