Valentina or the Serenity

When Valentina loses her father in a river accident, her imagination becomes a tool to confront her grief. Unable to accept that she will never see him again, she begins her own search, calling to him in the dark, searching in the river, hearing only echoes in response. Her friend Pedro will be her anchor and her mother will try to support her until Valentina understands that her father can only live on in her heart. (Morelia International Film Festival)
