A strange institution, the CFC, carries on an experiment with the inhabitants of a little village, involving also the scholarly hunter living there, who has invented a mysterious algorythm of zero time. The purpose is: to make order, to accustom people to obedience and to observing regulations. The experiment is connected with an odd animal, the water-newt, which gets into the body, especially of girls, swallowed with drinking water. Meanwhile, one of the key figures of the experiment silently investigates the mysterious events taking place, and a strange character, Yuku Parax, a fierce enemy of the CFC, makes his appearance...
