Tanaami Keiichi is one of the leading legends of Japanese modern art. He originally wanted to work in manga but soon discovered animation as a perfect medium for his fertile imagination steeped in pop art and psychedelia. Black Cat is one of his early masterpieces, presented here in a luminous restoration.
