Biographie

Per Blom is an experienced writer and director, with several short and feature films to his name since his debut with the drama Anton in 1973. His most famous films are without a doubt the controversial drama His Mother's House from 1974, which sparked a heated debate due to its incestuous themes, and the 1987 drama Ice Palace, which - among several other festivals - was screened at the Cannes Film Festival. Ice Palace is by many considered to be one of the true classics of Norwegian cinema of the eighties.
