Biographie
Arne Toonen's breakthrough came in 2010 with Dik Trom, a smart and contemporary adaptation of a children's book hero that received critical acclaim. Toonen followed it up with Black Out, a black crime comedy with a prime cast. Black Out was nominated for Best Film at the Austin Fantastic Fest and was released in American cinemas. Currently, Arne Toonen is working on the fact-based crime movie Playboy Priest, as well as the art-heist thriller Fake.
