Biographie

Naïla Guiguet graduated in 2019 from the Fémis Screenwriting Department, where she wrote the short film La Peau dure (Rough Skin, 2019). During her time at the school, she co-wrote with Arnaud Desplechin, Catherine Corsini and Thomas Salvador. She is also a DJ and founder of the collective Possession, organisers of techno LGBTQI+ evenings. It was at one of these that she shot Dustin, her first short film as a professional, selected for the Semaine de la Critique at Cannes prior to its cancellation.
