Joan Gómez Endara has directed and co-written the short films Asunto de gallos (2010), Idartes-Bogotá Mayor’s Office Award and Clermont-Ferrand International Festival Official Selection 2012, and La cartera, shot in Barcelona in 2011. With a Master’s Degree in Filmmaking from the Cinema and Audiovisual School of Catalonia (ESCAC) in Barcelona, he made his feature film El árbol rojo (Colombia, Panama, France), recipient of numerous accolades during its development stage, including the Ibermedia Fund Co-Production Incentive.
