Biographie
Jeff Nichols (1978) is an American screenwriter and director. He studied directing at the Art Department of the University of North Carolina. He made his successful debut with the full-length drama Shotgun Stories (2007). He kept to the same genre with his subsequent award-winning film Take Shelter (2011), which had its premiere at the Sundance film festival, as did his latest film Mud (2012). He is currently completing his new film Midnight Special (2014).
