Biographie
Chinese film director and producer, born in 1969 in Hong Kong. He studied theatre design at the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts and graduated from the directing department of the School of Visual Art in New York. He debuted in 1997 with "In the Dumps". "Out of Frame" (2017) is his fourth feature.
