Biographie
Óscar was born in San Luis Potosí, México, in 1985. Architect by the Instituto Superior de Arquitectura y Diseño de Chihuahua (ISAD), he collaborated with artist Helen Escobedo on the workshop "From the Permanent to the Ephemeral." He was selected into the first generation of Mantarraya Producciones' film workshop, which he completed by making the fiction short film Mila.
