Sofía Gómez-Córdova

Editor, scriptwriter and director who studied at the University of Guadalajara, where she currently works as a teacher. Co-founder of the production company Bruja Azul. She has edited dozens of short films, as well as the feature films La Hora de la Siesta and Retratos de una Búsqueda. She is the co-screenwriter of Somos Mari Pepa, screened at the Berlinale. The Blue Years is her directorial debut.
