Biographie

Catherine Fordham is a Nova Scotia-raised, New York-based writer, director, and producer. After writing and producing Trapped Girl (2014), a short film that screened at festivals in the U.S and Canada, Catherine made her directorial debut with Consommé which will premiere on Shudder.com in September 2016. In July 2016, she co-produced and directed the first four episodes of a scripted comedy mini-series, created by Monica West, Best Thing You'll Ever Do. Best Thing was shot in New York and the Bay Area and will premiere at The Brooklyn Web Fest in October. She created Top Salt Studio in 2013 to produce her own films and those of her talented collaborators, including Meredith Alloway's short film, Interior Teresa (2016). Catherine recently attended Werner Herzog's Rogue Film School in Germany.
