Biographie
Karen Vázquez Guadarrama (b. 1988, Mexico City) graduated from the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Ghent. Her first short feature Mont d'Or (2014) was selected for the program of many international festivals and took the Grand Prix at the Kratkofil Plus fest in Bosnia and Herzegovina. With a feeling for detail, the director creates short documentaries and dramas that capture the everyday lives of seemingly ordinary people.
