Marcos Bernstein

Marcos Bernstein (1970) is a Brazilian screenwriter, director and producer. He has written screenplays for both feature films and TV series, of which we'll name, e.g., the award-winning Central Station (Central do Brasil, 1998) by director Walter Sallese. He made his independent debut with the feature-length drama The Other Side of the Street (O Outro Lado da Rua, 2004), which he followed with My Sweet Lemon Tree (Meu pé de laranja Lima, 2012). He also co-authored the documentary The Era of Champions (A Era dos Campe?es, 2011).
