David Shane is an Emmy and Cannes Gold Lion winning writer/director. Adweek Magazine calls him "the go-to name for black humor and nuanced, awkward performances" and Creativity has dubbed him "the performance artist" and a "master of short form comedy directing." The Board is his second short film to premiere at TriBeCa, after 2013's Playdate.
