Armed with a passion for both music and film, along with a stockpile of story ideas, Kirk is poised to leave his mark in the feature film arena. He has sold one screenplay titled "The Review"and completed an award-winning, feature length thriller titled,"Forward Slash," a film that he wrote, shot, directed and edited himself. Kirk also co-wrote a religious thriller with Kevin Coleman titled "The Last Judgment" which garnered the top award for Best Screenplay, and directed "Dawn of the Crescent Moon," an award-winning feature film that he co-wrote with producer Kevin Coleman. Each year in September you'll find Kirk in beautiful Trinidad, Colorado where he runs his Trinidad Independent Film Festival, aka "TrindieFest."
