Abruptio

Abruptio features actual human-sized puppets probing the depths of humanity in an uncanny tale full of Kafka-esque alienation and Lynchian fugue that was nearly a decade in the making. Story follows a down on his luck man who wakes to find an explosive device has been implanted in his neck. He must carry out heinous crimes in order to stay alive while trying to identify the mastermind manipulating the now twisted and strange world around him. (Popcorn Frights Film Festival)
